GM Chris Housholder Announces Dorien Bell as Head Football Coach for the 2026 Season.

It is with great excitement that I announce the appointment of Dorien Bell as the Head Football Coach for the upcoming 2026 season.

Coach Bell brings a wealth of coaching experience to our program, having built a respected career at both the collegiate and high school levels. His leadership, strategic insight, and proven ability to develop student-athletes align perfectly with the values and direction of our team.

A proud alumnus of Tuskegee University, one of our nation's most storied HBCUs, Coach Bell carries with him a deep understanding of tradition, excellence, and the power of football to build community and character. His time as a player at Tuskegee shaped not only his approach to the game, but also his commitment to mentoring young men both on and off the field.

With Coach Bell at the helm, we are confident our football program will rise to new heights—competing fiercely on the field while continuing to build a culture rooted in excellence, discipline, and unity. His leadership will not only drive success on game day, but also reinforce the values that define our team. Please join me in warmly welcoming Coach Bell and his family into our football family.

With the 2025 Playoffs fast approaching, our steadfast goal is to win a championship in 2025. I will be working closely with Coach Bell and The Highlanders Senior Leadership Team to evaluate our current roster and determine the best course of action heading into the 2026 Season.
