Built on Tradition, Driven by Grit

Founded in 2024, the Dunedin Highlanders honor the city’s deep Scottish heritage, a nod to Dunedin’s namesake—Edinburgh, Scotland. Kilts aren’t a novelty here; they’re tradition.

After finishing 8–4 in their inaugural season and falling in the second round of the EAFL AA Playoffs to the eventual champions, the Highlanders now turn their focus to a bigger stage and a bigger prize.

A new league. A new challenge. The same relentless Highlander spirit.
